Carolina West Wireless was formed in 1991 and is owned by a partnership consisting of Skyline Telephone and Surry Telephone.  Headquartered in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, Carolina West Wireless provides its customers in eleven (11) western NC counties with innovative technology including data and mobile services, the latest wireless equipment and competitive wireless plans that provide nationwide coverage.

Carolina West Wireless is proud to offer many of the same products and services as a national carrier, but with a local service and commitment level that a national carrier cannot deliver.  Commitment to our customers and commitment to the communities we serve are foundational cores for Carolina West Wireless.  Those values are reflected in the way we do business, support the local communities, serve our customers, and develop product and service offerings with the customers’ needs in mind. These include making sure we offer the latest iPhones, and most popular smartphones, having a range of wireless plans including unlimited data, shared plans, and prepaid plans.

This type of commitment is evident in the customer experience and internally in our company culture.  It also influences how we message to our communities in our advertising and branding.  Further, we define our Brand Personality as:
